Season Girl’s Kitchen (Web Design & Development Project)
Built a custom HTML/CSS site to showcase a bakery’s brand, menu, and ordering options.
Designed for a small bakery concept, this project focused on creating a welcoming, brand-driven web presence using only HTML and CSS. I wanted the site to reflect the warmth and personality of a local shop while maintaining a clean, organized layout. All of the photography featured throughout the site is my own, helping to create a cohesive and authentic brand feel. The goal was to balance aesthetics with usability—making it easy for visitors to browse offerings and reach out for orders. This project helped strengthen my understanding of responsive layouts and visual consistency across pages.

Reflection:
This project helped me discover that my real passion lies in design rather than coding. I enjoyed planning the layout, selecting the color palette, and seeing how my photography brought the concept to life. I loved building the visual story behind the brand and learning how design choices influence how a site feels. While I gained a solid understanding of HTML and CSS, I realized that I’m most inspired by the creative side of web design—where structure, visuals, and brand identity come together to create a cohesive experience.
